Amazon SP & SB Suggested Keywords for Smarter Targeting
Amazon SP & SB Keyword Targeting Campaign creation now offers suggested keywords, automatically sorted from high to low based on historical clicks and orders.
This means you no longer need to rely on third-party keyword tools—you can access these insights directly while setting up your campaign!
Here’s how it works when you’re creating manual SP or SB campaigns:
Enter your ASINs, making sure to include similar types.
Choose keyword targeting.
Scroll down to see suggested keywords.
Keywords are sorted in order (high to low) by default.
You can switch to sorting by clicks if you prefer.
If the keywords don’t change, their order will.
It’s crucial to identify which suggested keywords aren’t being targeted for each ASIN in your campaigns.
At Hector, we plan to use an API to show how many of these suggested keywords aren’t targeted across your campaigns, covering all targeted ASINs in each ad group.
Our goal is to enable users to view keywords sorted by both relevance and order/click metrics. When you’re ready, you can add these keywords directly to your ad group in your desired match type with one click, along with suggested bids.
We’re excited to roll this out for our users soon.
